"There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you" Maya Angelou
Our services currently include art psychotherapy, narcissistic abuse counselling & delivering workshops on narcissistic abuse.
Our experiences enables us to offer effective client, individualised, therapeutic care, within a safe space. I work with a number of clients with various issues from grief to anxiety, and provide empathic person-centred support specialised to the individual.
My focus is to help individuals heal, energise, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a safe space, listening to your concerns, and working through your art process to unravel unconscious behaviours and possibly stuck habitual thinking, and bring out to the conscious where healing can begin.
My colleagues and I aim to educate and raise awareness of narcissistic abuse, not only to victims who would benefit a further understanding on this subject but also other therapists and professionals alike, and especially, relevant agencies and organisations whose work relates to domestic violence, bullying, and any other type of abuse, in order to provide appropriate care and support for their clients and patients.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Exploring through art therapy and counselling we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many people do not understand what it is like to be in a relationship with a narcissist, let alone what it is. It is only recently that this type of abuse and its effects is being brought to light; to the public and professionals' attention. There is still lack of therapists and other related professionals that have full understanding and knowledge in this area but it is gradually showing its way into the mainstream. Here, we get it!

Most people will experience loss at some point in their lives. Grief is a reaction to any form of loss, and grief encompass a range of feelings from deep sadness to rage, and regret to unhealthy yearning, which can affect our judgement.
The process of adapting to a significant loss can vary dramatically from one person to another. It often depends on a person’s background, beliefs, and relationship to what was lost. We will work together through the stages of grief to healing.
Complex post-traumatic stress disorder is a condition where you experience some symptoms of PTSD along with some additional symptoms, such as:
Difficulty controlling your emotions, feeling very hostile or distrustful towards the world, constant feelings of emptiness or hopelessness, feeling as if you are permanently damaged or worthless, feeling as if you are completely different to other people, feeling like nobody can understand what happened to you, often experiencing dissociative symptoms such as depersonalisation or derealisation and suicidal feelings. When we have so much going on within us, our brain is not able to function fully or have a clear path-way and therefore it is not surprising that we are unable to function healthily and at this core we forget who we are.
We are here to make sense of what is really going on and work through aspects that have robbed you and ultimately remembering who you really are with care & support.
